Citywide Locating appreciates you choosing us to be your apartment locator. We value each and every client we have understanding that their are plenty apartment locating services you could've chosen. Understanding that moving can sometimes be costly, we've created some cash incentives for using City Wide Locating.

$50 for Reporting Your Lease

Upon successful leasing of your apartment, be sure to include Citywide Locating on the guest card and on the lease agreement. This is how Citywide is paid and a portion of that payment will be given to you, the applicant, simply to say thanks.

$25 for Referring A Friend

If we were able to help you locate an apartment, and you know someone in need of apartment locating services, please refer them to us. If we are able to locate them an apartment, we'll give you $25 to show our appreciation.
